NPE in ClassTable using "subclass-table" and 1-N Unidirectional with foreign key
NPE at org.datanucleus.store.rdbms.table.ClassTable.runSpecifiedCallbacks(ClassTable.java:1224)

test version is nightly repository (2.0.0-SNAPSHOT), but present from at least 1.1.3.
