DataNucleus API JDO

JDO register process (class instantiation and JDOImplHelper) can register metadata but leave uninitialised

Created: 31/Jan/14 12:25 PM   Updated: 12/Feb/14 07:49 PM   Resolved: 31/Jan/14 12:41 PM
Component/s: None
Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: 4.0.0.m1

 Description  « Hide
Really, any access to the metadata service should always leave the metadata fully initialised. The JDOImplHelper registration process (invoked when a class is initialised) simply pulls in the metadata, but doesn't initialise it. This can lead to problems later where the class info is not present in some caches

GitHub master fixes this, making sure that any metadata loaded during the register hook is initialised before return
