If a user updates a class definition, the schema handler should detect what is present in the datastore and add/delete columns as required. Similarly indexes should be added/deleted as required

Sort Order: Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order

New columns are now supported, as are new indexes

Marking as fixed since GitHub master handles the main use-cases. Still need to consider other situations like where we have multiple classes sharing a table
