The backed SCO container classes support many things, whilst the "simple" SCO containers don't do much currently. They ought to support cascade delete as a minimum since this is the only place to check the removal of elements from the container.

SVN trunk of the SCO simple containers now support cascade delete triggering. Beyond 2.2 we need to merge the simple and backed versions so we can share the "queued" logic
