Calling PC.setXXX with SCO type field is not wrapping the field value

If we do something like this

tx.begin();

Container cont = (Container)pm.getObjectById(id);
cont.setElements(newElements);

// cont.getElements() returns java.util.HashSet instead of wrapper

This can mean that subsequent updates are missed. Any SCO field should be wrapped on calling setXXX
