Provide "FlushMode" setting to replace "delay" persistence property for more flexibility

Created: 17/Apr/12 04:20 PM   Updated: 11/May/12 08:28 PM   Resolved: 18/Apr/12 09:10 AM
Component/s: Persistence, Transactions
Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: 3.1.0.m3

 Description  « Hide
DN currently takes the default for what is sent to the datastore immediately and what is delayed from whether using optimistic txns (delay) or datastore txns (immediate), and also from the persistence prop "transactionDelayOperations", as well as nontx.atomic. Would be more flexible to have a FlushMode setting that the user can override (during a PM/EM lifecycle) to turn on/off the flushing, and potentially to allow other modes
