JPA XML is so badly designed that implementations have to define their own XSD to add on extra capabilities. DataNucleus needs to have its own XSD, so as a minimum we allow <extension> in various places

Added support for <extension> under <entity>, and also "jdbc-type" attribute under <column>. Obviously these demonstrate how to do it for other future additions
