Can't test against 1.1.4 due to NUCRDBMS-205

The NUMBER type on Oracle accepts precision (according to their JDBC driver) and setting to 10 is simply setting to a large enough number to fit the type of the java type ... in this case an "int" needs 10. So thats what happens. No error occurs.
