Same as NUCRDBMS-208, i.e you seem to think that the sql-type will include the length/precision/scale yet that is not DataNucleus interpretation of the spec - DN just takes it as the SQL *type*. As per NUCRDBMS-209, if you specify "sql-type" of "CLOB", it now creates CLOB(2147483647) which is valid.
