JDOQL2 : Ability to query against candidate collection in datastore when requested

Created: 27/Apr/10 08:43 AM   Updated: 24/May/10 03:43 PM   Resolved: 27/Apr/10 12:20 PM
Component/s: Queries
Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: 2.1.0.m3

 Description  « Hide
Currently whenever the user specifies a candidate collection the query executes in-memory. If the in-memory evaluator doesn't handle a particular syntax then it would be nice to be able to evaluate in the datastore.

SVN trunk now supports this; so you specify the candidate collection and set the extension "datanucleus.query.evaluateInMemory" to "false"
