AssignObjectProviderFieldManager	Field manager that starts from the source object and for all fields will assign ObjectProviders to all related persistable objects found (unless already managed), assuming they are in P_CLEAN state.
RetrieveFieldManager	FieldManager to handle the retrieval of an object from NeoDatis, and marks all fields as loaded since NeoDatis doesn't currently have the concept of not loaded.
